HEALTH

Breeding healthy dogs is the most important. Each breeder is responsible for bringing ther puppies to the world, so we should stick to healthy and approved dogs.

STANDARD

Standard written by FCI is for us to have a look at what we should breed. There is no perfect dogs, but if we stick to the standard, we can improve breed in every aspect.

TEMPERAMENT

Each dog has it's own temperament. We should not forget about breed specific when looking into breed. Some are open minded dogs, some prone to reactivness and some shy. We need to find ourself I dog we can handle.

Everybody has a story, and our became long ago. We registered our kennel in 2018, at the same time when we welcomed our first litter. But our love for dogs is not so "short".

I was born in 1995, in a small city in Celje, Slovenia. My parents moved to Maribor due to their work and we had an apartment in Tezno district, 5 minutes away from city centre. As a kid growing up surrounded with buildings and developed chronic asthma, I quickly realized I cannot have what I wanted most - a dog. My parents gave it a shot when I was 13 years old and bought me a toy poodle female from respectable kennel in Serbia. We named her Tjara and I had no problems, since poodles are known for their specific hair not causing problems to people. Today I am 27 years old and yes, Tjara is still with me, 14 years old and still counting, going pretty strong for her age. My allergies went away, but it took me a lot of sacrifice. Whenever I saw I dog or a cat, I wouldn't mind petting them and "stucking my nose" into their hair. With monthly receiving biologycal injections at my doc's office, today I have no problems - instead I have 9 dogs and 4 cats.

I never gave up on my idea, on my wish to participate and breed quality dogs, but before that giving them lovely home. We are not like most of other breeders with a lot of dogs - our dogs sleep and live inside our home even thought we have outside kennel, which we mostly use in Summer time when we wanna barbeque or cut the grass. They are part of our family, they are our friends and therefore they deserve to be inside. Mostly, people will criticize me, especially for shepherds, saying they love to be outside. Yes, they absolutely do, but they love to be next to their humans more than being outside.

My love for poodles never went away, currently we have as I mentioned 14 years old Tjara and 2,5 years old Diva (register name "Diva Best Junior of Eberl, import Croatia"). We also have 2 American Staffordshire Terrier females, 8 years old Cuba (reg. name "Proud Line I Like The Way You Move, Slovenia) and 5 years old Beba (reg. name Prada I Came to Win Dolly Bell, imp. Serbia). Currently we have 5 White Swiss Shepherds: 7 years old Una (reg. name "Una Fliegeland", Slovenia), 3,5 years old Dominetta (reg. name "Dominetta I Came to Win", our breeding), 3 years old Nikita (reg. name Calinca-Malinka iz Beloy Brigady, imp. Russia), 3 years old Alpina (reg. name Chloe Rose of Cataline Wolf, imp. Serbia) and almost 1 year old Asgard (reg. name "Patriot of Annies JP, imp. Japan).

I cannot forget (and never will) my exceptional dogs over the rainbow as well. In 2016 we said goodbye to our black diamond, toy poodle named Nais, that we bought in Serbia (Urtago Kennel). I believe Bravecto was poisoning him, that made me think that I should never trust a veterinarian more.

And our one and only Swiss Shepherd Bjorn (reg. name "Bjorn Bako Lord of North", imp. Croatia) who passed away in December 2022 at only 6 years of age due to chondro osteosarcoma on his skull. This dog gave us everything and was my sould dog. Luckily, Alpina and Asgard are his kids and I managed to have a litter from him with Nikita as well. He gave so much to this breed and is recognisable all over the world.

OUR REQUIREMENTS

Before I dive in and explain all our requirements, let me tell first that there are not exceptions to this, no matter who are you - my friend, breeder or just a super loving person looking forward to our puppy. Through years I have been dealing with many different people and as good as we breeders are, sometimes we cannot see "problematic" person wanting our pup. This rules for buying are meant to protect our dogs at most and also our good name we gained and worked hard for.

1. Legal owner should be at least 18 years old, with regular income and good financial stability to provide for further veterinarian services, trainings and mostly to give the dog proper food, supplements, toys etc.

2. We have the right to decline reservations in case we think you won't be able to properly care for the puppy.

3. No chains are allowed! Exceptions are well put together outside kennels to use in Summer time, dogs should always be allowed to the house. No abusing, using dogs as bait or using them in fight. Any illegal and irresponsible actions will be taken to the court!

4. Pups or adult dogs cannot be rehomed without our allowance or our knowledge of the situation. We are seriously always here for all of our pups owners. We already brought back adult dogs from our breeding from other countries, so we are always first one to call if life kicks you in the way you cannot have your dog anymore!

5. We DO NOT take any responsibility for bad hips or elbows. Through years we proven ourselves and always looked out for the best possible matches, but we are certainly not magicians and people need to understand how genetic works. Do not forget all the outside factors when it comes to dysplasia - falling on hips, excessive use of stairs, excessive training when growing up, inappropriate diet etc.

6. We do a lot of health testing, but we can't avoid some of the ungenetic diseases - allergies for example. We do not take responsibility in this cases.

7. We are coming to every dog owner honest and very open, I believe there are a few breeders only stating their requirements online, so we do not take any online accusations, speaking bad about us etc. Those will be immediately in the lawyers office.

8. We do not return the money for the pup. You cannot have our dog for free, those are years of preparations and a lot of love! Reservation fee is always returned in case there is no desirable puppy (for example: you wanted female and there are no females in litter). We will gladly return you reservation fee.

9. Pet insurance is something we require! There are many good insurances for small amount of money where you can cover all of your expenses. We are breeders, we did our work committed, now it's up to you.

10. Singing of a contract is mandatory.
